I am currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, Optum/United, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Anthem EAP. If you are wanting to use your insurance, please advise that I must verify your specific plan before starting.

Out of Network Insurance

If you wish to utilize your out of network benefits, Ceremonial Counseling offers Super Bills by request that you may submit for potential reimbursement. We recommend calling your insurance company to ask what your out of network benefits are prior to receiving services.
