Do you see couples or families?

Ceremonial Counseling only offers individual counseling at this time. If you are a client with us and are interested in referrals for couples or family, we are happy to give you referrals.

What ages do you see?

I specialize in older teens and adults starting at age 16. If you are needing services for a younger child, I am happy to provide a referral.

Do you accept insurance?

We are currently in network with Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, Anthem EAP, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Quest Behavioral Health. We are in the process of getting credentialed with more and will update accordingly. Please check to make sure your specific plan is in network and to ask about alternative options.

Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

Yes! I understand that the world can be a scary place, and strive to provide a safe and welcoming space.

What if we're not a good fit?

Ceremonial Counseling offers a free 15 minute consultation call to help both parties feel comfortable before starting therapy. There is no contract or commitment necessary. Clients may request referrals at any time to ensure best fit.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

I currently only offer day time appointments Monday-Thursday. For more specific times, you can look under the "contact" page. I offer school or work notes if requested. Many employers and schools have been flexible in my experience, so I encourage potential clients to discuss concerns with supervisors or school counselors first.
