Do you see kids, couples, or families?

Ceremonial Counseling only offers individual counseling for ages 16 and up at this time. If you are seeking couples, family, or child therapy, I am happy to provide you with referrals.

Can I bring my baby to my appointments?

Babies who are not walking yet are always welcome. Once they are walking, please discuss your situation with your therapist to determine if having them with you would be appropriate. Virtual sessions are always offered if childcare is not an option.

Do you accept insurance?

We are currently in network with Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, and Optum/United. Please check to make sure your specific plan is in network and to ask about alternative options.

Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

Yes! I understand that the world can be a scary place, and strive to provide a safe and welcoming space as an ally.

What if we're not a good fit?

Ceremonial Counseling offers a free 15 minute consultation call to help both parties feel comfortable before starting therapy. There is no contract or commitment necessary. Clients may request referrals at any time to ensure best fit.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

I currently only offer day time appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. For more specific times, you can look under the "contact" page. I offer school or work notes if requested. Many employers and schools have been flexible in my experience, so I encourage potential clients to discuss concerns with supervisors or school counselors first.
